Customization
1. Ensure the Player's Name and Number are filled out correctly. Your ornament will be engraved exactly as depicted.

2. If you wish to include an engraved logo, you must check the "Include Logo?" checkbox and upload your logo. Uploaded logos without the Checkbox checked will be discarded. Please upload a vector formatted file.

NOTE: If you do not have a vector formated file, upload what you do have. If we can easily convert it to vector, there will be no additional charge. However if we have trouble converting the file or if we have to re-draw it completely, there will be an addtional charge, depending on the level of difficulty we have working with your file.
